Sarah has worked closely with Diversity founder and creative director Ashley Banjo and his management team for well over a decade, production managing eight sold out arena and theatre tours.

Ashley’s creative ability to push boundaries has seen him create some of the most technically complex shows to date which have involved aerial choreography, rain curtains, fire performers, drone sequences and motion controlled scenic elements combined with multiple pyrotechnic effects, lasers and many bespoke specialised props.
